祝賀我院張聚副教授入選首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)2024年 青年學(xué)者博士招生綠色通道計劃
根據(jù)《關(guān)于開展2024年度“首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)青年學(xué)者博士招生綠色通道計劃”專項申報與遴選工作的通知》工作要求,經(jīng)各學(xué)院推薦、學(xué)校形式審核、專家材料評審及學(xué)術(shù)答辯、學(xué)校公示,我院生物創(chuàng)新中心副教授張聚入選首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)2024年度青年學(xué)者博士招生綠色通道計劃。

張聚,男,副教授、副研究員,首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)免疫學(xué)博士生導(dǎo)師。2005年畢業(yè)于山東大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院,獲得臨床醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位;隨后進(jìn)入中國科學(xué)院北京基因組研究所學(xué)習(xí),于2012年獲得理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。曾先后任職于中國科學(xué)院北京基因組研究所、首都醫(yī)科大學(xué),現(xiàn)任首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬北京世紀(jì)壇醫(yī)院生物醫(yī)學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心主任助理、多組學(xué)平臺負(fù)責(zé)人。主持和參與國家自然科學(xué)基金、北京市自然科學(xué)基金、國家重點研發(fā)計劃項目多項。
當(dāng)前研究方向為:利用基于高通量測序與質(zhì)譜的功能多組學(xué)技術(shù),研究免疫細(xì)胞分化與應(yīng)答過程中的表觀遺傳重編程與代謝重構(gòu)機制。目前已在Innovation(IF =32.1)、Natl Sci Rev(IF =20.6)、Cancer Lett(IF =9.7)、Genom Proteom Bioinf(IF =9.5)、Cell Rep (IF =8.8)等雜質(zhì)發(fā)表論文37篇,總影響因子232.4,單篇最高影響因子32.1。參與編寫了人民衛(wèi)生出版社出版的研究生教材《腫瘤學(xué)》(第三、四、五版)。
